Marketing Assistant (Internship)

The Marketing Assistant Intern will collaborate closely with the Creative Marketing Manager in various tasks to support the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves contributing to different aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media management, graphic design and administrative support.

HOURS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Based on 24 hours per week (3 days a week)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Content Creation

    • Assist in creating engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

    • Support in copywriting for marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and website content.

  • Social Media Management

    • Help in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement. 

    • Assist in developing content calendars.

  • Events Support 

    • Assist in coordinating event-related marketing materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and promotional items.

    • Help capture content and feedback during events for post-event marketing efforts, including social media posts, blog articles, and follow-up communications.

    • Assist in evaluating event success metrics and ROI to inform future event planning and strategy.

  • Creative Support

    • Aid in graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, flyers, and promotional materials.

    • Assist in coordinating photography and videography for marketing purposes.

  • Administrative Support  

    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department and Rain Residential, including help in maintaining organized digital filing systems for marketing materials, documents, and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.

  • Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance
