Sweet stuff

You’ve visited the beach and tried a few great bars and restaurants, but maybe you feel like you just need a little something sweet. We know the feeling, and we’ve got you covered. Check out some of our favorite sweet spots in Ocean Springs!

Tato Nut

The one and only! Tato Nut (and locals alike) dub themselves home of "the only real donut", and with over 1,000 five-star reviews on Google, no one is arguing. Serving up potato flour donuts for over 60 years, this little donut shop is rich in local history and culture.

Everything at Tato Nut is delicious, but we recommend starting out with the original glazed 🙌

French Kiss Pastries

Nestled amongst all the shops on Washington is French Kiss Pastry shop. They boast a decadent selection of sweets from macaroons to individual cakes to cannoli and even ice cream. There is something for every sweet tooth!

The Candy Cottage

The Candy Cottage has been an Ocean Springs staple since the early 90’s and for good reason! SO many delicious confections behind their doors- pralines, fudge, turtles, and so much more! Our personal favorite? The chocolate-covered potato chip- is a perfect savory & sweet combo.

Sweet Enchantments

Sweet Enchantments specializes in boutique cakes, pastries, and confections for events and parties. They now have a brick-and-mortar location to stock up on all the sweets your belly can handle. Brownies, macaroons, cookies, cakes, and other creative concoctions to bring with you.

Pop Brothers

Pop Brothers is a local favorite specializing in small-batch, hand-crafted popsicles. Their inventive flavor combos are all natural and made with fresh fruit and spices, using as many local growers and locally sourced ingredients as possible. It’s the perfect sweet treat for a hot day!

Quakes Ice Creamery

If your heart is set on ice cream, this is the place. Quakes Ice Creamery has some of the most delicious and smooth ice cream and custard you’ve ever tried. You can get a simple scoop or a brownie a la mode with all the fixings- but they are known for their Quakes (a local take on a blizzard/blast).

We hope you have an extra sweet visit.
